Dear President Bush,

 

              I have learned with shock about the deadly shooting incident in Virginia Tech. At this moment of deep grief of your nation, I, on behalf of the Chinese Government and people, wish to extend to you and the Government and people of the United States our profound and heartfelt sympathy, express deep condolences on the death of the victims and wish the injured early recovery.
