Minister Liu Guangyuan hosted Flag-Conferring Ceremony for "2010 Back to China Summer Camp"

On June 5, Minister Liu Guangyuan hosted the Flag-conferring Ceremony for "2010 Back to China Summer Camp" at the Chinese Embassy, and delivered remarks.

Minister Liu said that Overseas Chinese Affairs Offices in Shanghai, Chongqing and Anhui would do their best to welcome all the young guests from the United States. While most of the younger generation were born and raised in US, they also inherited the Chinese tradition of hard working and courage. During the Summer Camp, the participants will have a chance to visit Shanghai Expo and learn about Chinese history, culture and language.

Minister Liu expressed the hope that the young generations could play a role in enhancing the China-US relations in the future.
